Guerrilla Rodeo is the country music project of Texas singer/songwriter and retired firefighter John Hudson. Rooted in honest storytelling, Guerrilla Rodeo isn't about chasing trends, it's about writing songs from real life. 

John started playing guitar for his daughter, Jillian Hudson, in 2018. As Jillian began writing her own music, she encouraged the "old man" to do the same. Today they perform as an acoustic duo, song-swapping original music with a few  covers and duets sprinkled in.

His releases have found fans well beyond Texas through Spotify and independent radio, with tracks like 'Hungover' and 'Gruene Blues' resonating with listeners around the world. His first three releases feature vocal powerhouse and rising star, Jillian Hudson, creating collaborations that blend two generations of Texas country into one unmistakable sound. 

Guerrilla Rodeo isn't chasing fame. It's about good songs, good people, and the chance to play a few cool places along the way.
